I stole that subject line from Root. We are in the Lab, supposedly working on stimuli.
Actually, we are totally working. It's just that we've also
a) had a cigarette or three
b) bought dinner
c) listened to some Gabriel Iglesias
d) looked at Wired's cool display of geeky pumpkins
And in my case, banged up my nose and gotten a Twitter account. (Oh Twitter! I have finally answered your siren call!)
Now that Lone is here (man, I need to set up a locked pseudonym entry), we shall be giggling even more than before.
And working on stimuli.
No really, we promise.
Happy Hallowe'en to all! Or good Samhain (SOWIN! ...we had a conversation about this just yesterday, which is probably the only time I'll ever get to bust out my Old Irish in a useful context) to those who observe it. The nice thing about working late is that I avoid possible Trick-or-Treaters, who usually end up being burly college guys anyways. The nice thing about working late in a place where the Mercado stays open 'til 11:30 is that I can do it with Snickers. Mmmmm chocolate.
lovin' on fall,
not doing stuff i should,
grad lab nights
