My boyfriend just made it up himself. I can maybe send you mine without the number in it but with all the coding and you can fill it all in. In the top you put what you make & what expenses already come out of your paycheck like taxes, and the bottom half has your monthly expenses like rent, food, gas, electric, credit cards, etc. You can then figure out what you'll have left over at the end of each month and how much can go into savings VS how much can be spent on yourself each month.
