Ok. So we closed early today, and by now (21:15) I have been ALONE in the restaurant for at least 20 minutes. We do take out orders for a company called A La Carte Express - basically a company that makes contracts with restaurants to do deliveries on their behalf and for a fee. I guess it does not employ very smart people. This guy knocks on the door of the kitchen, I open.
Delivery guy: Hi, I am here for delivery.
Me: Sorry, we are closed, and the kitchen has been closed for at least half an hour.
Delivery guy: But I have a delivery.
Me: ... You are here to pick something up? (He nods) Sorry, but the kitchen closed early today, and the last cook left about 20 minutes ago.
Delivery guy: But I come here for delivery!
Me: ... LISTEN. We are CLOSED. No kitchen. I guess they did not get the order because no one is here and nothing is done for you.
Delivery guy: Are you sure there is nothing for me? Can you check? (The back door at which we are standing is next to the kitchen pass. )
Me: Yes, I am sure. There is no one here.
Delivery guy: But.... I don't understand... I have a delivery!
