1.) Grilled for the first time this year. Made what I thought was the best outdoor steak I've ever made: grilled sirloin over charcoal with hickory chips. Tenderized with the pointy side of a mallet and seasoned with nothing more than salt and pepper. Served with salt potatoes.

3.) I am actually up in the morning after having slept at night. I haven't done that for a while. Being up all day is weird, because the sun stays up forever. I had to synchronize for an all-day workshop tomorrow for work.
4.)
Did 15 minutes of cardio, followed by the usual warm-up of two sets of 15 reps each of push-ups, sit-ups and squats. Did five sets of overhand squats: 45-50-50-50-45. I really can't get greedy with these. If I use 50 pounds of weight, my form suffers dramatically. 45 pounds it is. Handstand push-ups. Then I pyramided dips on the gravitron. I can't quite do them without the help, but it's frustrating right now because I am on the absolute lowest setting on the gravitron of 16 pounds of assistance. I've gone from 82 pounds to 16 pounds of assistance, so I've come a long way, but there's still a big difference between 16 pounds of assistance and no assistance at all.
But my chest and shoulders are sore today, so it paid off.
5.) I can't think of a fifth thing. There was something else I wanted to post about and I can't remember what it was. I'll ETA later if I think of it...
