'The hell, when did Christmas get so close!? I can't believe it- I ain't got gifts or anythin' and the posting prices back to Inaba are gonna be crazy leavin' it so late... Guess my guys back home don't get presents this year- a train ticket back is gonna be just as crazy priced, specially just for the few days I'd be home. Oh well, I can send

What exactly -is- Christmas, anyway? Aside from 'a ningen holiday', I'm still a bit unclear on it... Gifts?

If...gifts are customary and you are needing to travel...my gift to you could be a ride to wherever it is you need to go...

Yeah, it's a holiday in December, I think it's a mostly Christian thing about their god being born or somethin' but we celebrate it as well because... We just do I guess...

Man, I should kinda try and find out what I'm talkin' about before I try and explain it...

Well, no, I haven't. I'm not particularly well versed in ningen traditions...that's one of the reasons I was sent here.

What's a "Christian"?

It's okay if you don't know either. I think I have it figured out. You're still staying in that one teacher's room, right?

Well... A christian is someone that believe in God... Jesus God that is, not another God God and uh, they go to church on Sundays and stuff.

But yeah, they celebrate Easter and Christmas, cuz that when Jesus was born and died on... Jesus being God's son,or somethin' like that...

If you look up the bible in the library i's in there, it should be anyways, it's all written in there... You should give it a read, you'll probably be able to make out more of it than I could...

Then again, I wasn't really all that bothered about it, and the bibles fricken' huge man, seriously.
