My job is so NEAT..
I need to comfort myself by knowing that the other teachers, too, have difficulty with this crew. It's not me that's the problem--they like me quite a lot and offer rave reviews and all. It's THEM. It's their personALITIES...
But, you know, I don't like that. I believe in total responsibility. I believe in the Louise Hay principle of the world you see is only a reflection of yourself.
So if the students ever seem to be/have a problem, actually, I'm the problem. If I fix the problem in myself, it will be fixed in them.
If they seem disorganized, I'm disorganized. If they're often late it's because I'm often late. If they don't care, it's because I don't care. If they're not making progress, it's because I'm not making progress. If they are "unprofessional," it's because I'm unprofessional. Are they not serious enough? It's because I'm not serious enough.
Isn't that principle strangely true? Think of the people in your personal world. Think of their fatal flaws. Aren't they your flaws?
Louise Hay says that if you get rid of the problem within yourself, you will find that the other person changes, too, or disappears from your life..
