i was wondering if anybody could point me in the direction of a useful tutorial for changing sims genetics with simpe? i've gone through a custom content cleanup (i know, bad idea in the midst of a legacy, but i wanted to see if i could make my game run better), and in the process, Pippa, Dale, and all the other sims wearing a Leh blended skintone turned very light skinned. i know how to simply change their appearance, but as far as actually altering the genetic code, i'm a bit clueless.
i did find a few tutorials on the matter, but most of them didn't make any sense, and a lot of them are so old that my version of simpe doesn't have the same options. it just looks a bit odd to me, my entire legacy so far being dark skinned, and then suddenly half of them are pale with two dark parents haha. i'm sorry for being a pain, and i appreciate any help! i've been playing a bit lately and i'll be updating sometime in the near future. got the pictures already taken for the next two updates!
