by the way, i posted the pics and video i took of regina spektor when samira, her sister, and i ventured to the city on tuesday. they're on my photoblog. samira's entry pretty much sums it up. the only thing i would like to add is that they left a bit earlier than i did and i had to find the tower records on my own. i had never done that before but i decided to be brave. brave was calling samira every 5 minutes informing her of how freaked out i was. it was uncomfortable because it was hot and i generally don't like asking for directions; i found them after an hour. i realized after walking around the city on my own that i'm not a city person. or maybe i don't like cities when it's 90 degrees and humid.
