8th Shard [Video]
[The video begins with the view from the windows of Latimer 412, and an audible sigh from Hitsugaya.] Why does it feel like they were here...when they obviously are not?
[The feed shifts to show Hitsugaya; the look on his face nothing if not determined] It's time to get the City Watch off the ground. For now, we'll start with patrolling the more populated areas of the Apartment Buildings, and we'll extend the routes as things get more organized. At that point, we'll also begin to offer personal protection to any citizen that requests it. All patrols will start and end at the Police Station, and always have two or more people to a patrol. If you've any questions, do not hesitate to ask me.
Also, stay away from Gohl no matter what happens. The man in charge has asked that we stay away unless they specificlly seek out our assistance, and I would like to keep trouble to a minimun.
