OOC Information {Plotting/Permissions/Relationships}
Plotting: Wanna plot an event with Hitsu? Feel free! ^_^ Drop me a PM so I'll know who to add and get on MSN, and we'll plot away~! It's rare the plot I'll turn away, so if you've got something you've been itching to do, we can work something out ICly.

This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.
Backtagging: Feel free! Real life takes priority, so don't feel bad if you end up not being able to reply right away. I'm cool on this happening, so no worries! ^_^
Threadhopping: Case by case basis on this one. If something pertains to your character, go right ahead. Otherwise, I'd suggest you drop me and the other RPer a PM first.
Fourthwalling: Follow Discedo's rules, and it's fine. Hitsu'll probably be all "...wtf?" though.
Canon Puncture: Expect a flurry of questions, and probably a very tiny amount of worry depending on when in canon you come from, but go right ahead.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Profanity/Violence=Fine. Sexual Themes will either annoy him or make him angry, depending on the tone used.

Hugging this character: Feel free, if you want to hug a stiff board. Hitsugaya's not that big on affection and he'll most likely tense up if you do this.
Kissing this character: Not reccomended. He's never been kissed before, so you'd probably end up with a flustered, then rather angry, Hitsugaya.
Flirting with this character: This'll probably annoy him to no end, but go ahead. Just be warned: An annoyed Hitsu quickly becomes an angry Hitsu.
Fighting with this character: If it's a friendly spar or training, ask first. He'll probably say yes. If it's an actual fight, he'll try to walk away and if that doesn't work, he will fight back. Attitude change=get if his life or that of someone he cares for is on the line.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Hitsugaya is fast on his feet, and due to his small stature and agility, rather hard to hit. If you catch him off gaurd, you can hit him, but otherwise, you'll have some trouble getting a hit in. However, also due to his small stature, he doesn't have the best stamina in the world and can't take hits very well. Feel free to smack him around quite a bit, but nothing that he won't be able to recover from. (IE: No cutting off limbs)
Killing this character: This=PM me first. If you want him to die, we'll need to plot first. And it'll have to be a good one, too.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go ahead, just don't expect to find much besides a plain of ice. He keeps everything inside his head locked away, but if you catch him on an off moment, you may get some good stuff.

Canon: {4-21-10: None in Discedo}
Hyourinmaru: The "person" Hitsugaya trusts most. Like all Zanpakuto, Hyourinmaru is a part of his wielder. The "voice of reason", as it were, on the rare occasions that Hitsugaya loses his head.
Matsumoto Rangiku: His Lieutenant, and one of the few he trusts with his back. Matsumoto was the one who sought him out, telling him about Zanpakuto and the Shinigami Academy. You can imagine his surprise when he came into the 10th Division Captaincy and found her as his Lieutenant. Even though she is lazy and ends up forcing all her paperwork onto him, there are few people he trusts as much as her.
Hinamori Momo: His adoptive sister. Momo is like Ichigo, in the respect that she continually refuses to call him by his title, going rather by "Shiro-chan" or "Hitsugaya-kun". Despite this, he cares for her deeply, going so far as to threaten another captain with death if he so much made her spill a single drop of blood.
Kurosaki Ichigo: Hitsugaya isn't quite sure what to think about Ichigo. It's more annoyance then anything, as Ichigo refuses to call Hitsugaya by his surname or title, always calling him Toushiro. Despite this, Hitsugaya works well with Ichigo, fighting alongside him and being the first to inform him of Inoue Orihime's capture.
Kusaka Soujiro: Hitsugaya's best friend during thier Academy days. Kusaka was killed by order of the Central 46 when both he and Hitsugaya ended with the same Zanpakuto, and Hitsugaya has felt guilt over this for years. When Kusaka is revived and makes his return, Hitsugaya takes it upon himself to end Kusaka, even if it means he will be killed for treason.
Aizen Sousuke: One of the few people to earn Hitsugaya's extreme hatred. He was Momo's captain until he betrayed her and Soul Society, leaving Momo and Hitsugaya both for dead as he made his escape. Momo fell into a coma after that, and when she finally awoke, she still believed that Aizen wasn't working against Soul Society. Hitsugaya has sworn to kill Aizen for what he's done to Momo, no matter the cost.

Ichimura Tetsunosuke: One of the first people to help Hitsugaya out upon his arrival. He's not quite sure what to think of Tetsu, all things considered. It's not distrust, but it's not quite trust. Tetsu called them friends, and perhaps he was right.
