The knee replacement has launched!

My husband's knee is now officially 9 days old.  Wow.  He's already doing so much better and getting around amazingly well.  I am stunned.  He gets his 29 staples (eek!) out on Monday...We went out today and he zoomed around with some support from a walker to get some fresh air and exercise.  He's still in a lot of pain, and he has a lot of physical therapy ahead of him, but wow.  I'm stunned.  Every day his mobility is improving.  Wish I could say the same about his mood, but that should come once he's not hurting so much! (big frown face)

And also, some people still put their fanfiction here, so I thought I might do that too...  Lalala... ;)
