(Okay, so commie jokes are a bit old, at this point. I almost did a "In Soviet Russia . . ." before realizing I'd done one rather recently.)
Since I know less Cyrillic than an Amazon tribesman, I have very little explanation for my sudden influx of Russian readers. I've gotten a couple every week or two, and it seems to be increasing.
Possible causes:
1) LiveJournal is now owned by a Russian media company.
2) My ex Anna keeps much deeper links to her homeland than I thought.
3) Semi-socialist rants get the old hard-liners excited.
So greetings from across the Pacific (or across the North Pole, if you're an ICBM). In the spirit of glastnost . . . why the heck are you here?
