New Digs/Roommate Sought
Unfortunately, living with my current roommate isn't working out. I'm also considering efficiencies, but wouldn't be adverse to another roommate.
If you're in the Austin area, able to keep up with a fair share of chores (esp. cleaning) and rent, and are tolerant of reasonable eccentricities, let me know. North Austin and good references are a plus. I'm game for moving into an existing place, or finding a new place.
