Caution. There maybe spoilers. If you haven't but plan to watch Red Riding Hood, don't click.
I watched Red Riding Hood with friends today and I found it pretty good. Minus the fact that leading up to the moment of unveiling who the wolf was, there weren't any real hints. They made a certain character real obvious, I suppose to follow the true storyline of the grandmother being the wolf but I guess I found it just a little too obvious.
At the end when it was all explained, I got it. But really, all I thought of the father was that he was a drunken guy to be pushed aside. For the longest time I suspected Peter. I crossed off Henry on my list after his father was killed because I figured he wouldn't target his own father right? And Peter seemed even more suspicious after he broken out of the elephant ... And the glove.
All of which was too obvious. Yeah, so I spent a majority trying to figure out who the wolf was and awe-ing and leaning in more because certain parts were pretty intense. Also, Henry is a peeping tom.
I saw the trailer for Sucker Punch during the previews and although for the longest time it seemed like she was in a brothel (my friend's apparently tell me its a "mental institution"), one line got me hooked and wanting to see it. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything. Half the time I'm not quite sure if this is a video game or she's just that imaginative and crazy. But oh well.
Finished Hell's Hero yesterday and considering I started reading this like, almost seven or eight years ago, I'm glad for an ending...a very unexpected ending though. Then again, I should have expected that from Darren Shan.
