tis the sewing season
so, i finally got off my lazy ass and finished hirgurashi,
it was so good, why did I take this long to finish it~
I really like the s/m twist thing, it was rather interesting,
rika is still my favourite character though
I'm not sure whether to go onto kai, or try another series and come back to higurashi,
what do you guys think?
I haven't really done anything worth writing about,
I'm not really looking forward to christmas,
but at least i get to see samu~
should be be fun,
although i haven't figured out what to get him yet,
I've actually been doing homework lately,
although, its art so I'm not sure it counts haha
for art next year, we have to do two major pieces
and 20 A3 pieces of art using different medias but connected to a theme,
my theme is 'under the sea' and this is what I've done so far
(sorry for the crappy webcam picture, my camera is on hiatus)
this has taken me over 5 hours already,
i'm pleased with it so far but the thought of gluing one more sequin,
is making me want to hurl
oh well, hopefully it should be finished tonight or tomorrow,
I'll post the finished product later~
I've also figured out a few of my pieces which I'll be doing,
I hope they don't take as long haha
and even thought despite the fact that I dislike christmas,
I'm making myself a christmas skirt,
I really liked the fabric and thought it would be something to do during this week,
its kinda loli-esque, but has a strange shape,
I'm pretty pleased with it though, considering I can't sew and didn't use a pattern nor a sewing machine,
will post the finished product later,
just need to finish hemming it
