The order for Women of the Otherworld Series can be really confusing, as it deals with shifting narrators. If you're looking to read them in the order they were published here's how you'd go: 1. Bitten, 2. Stolen, 3. Dime Store Magic, 4. Industrial Magic, 5. Haunted, 6. Broken, 7. No Humans Involved, 8. Personal Demon, 9. Living with the Dead, and 10. Frostbitten. Unlike The Darkest Powers Trilogy (The Summoning, The Awakening and The Reckoning) they're all self contained books, so you don't need to read them in order, but it's recommended. The Darkest Powers is the only spin off series. Although it takes place in the same world as the Otherworld books, it stars a completely new set of characters, so you can read those whenever you'd like :)

As far as short fiction goes, I haven't read it all but I can tell you about what I have. Men of the Otherworld is a collection of two short stories and two novellas. The bulk of the material in there takes place chronologically before the novels, although they weren't written first. Men of the Otherworld can be read even before starting the series, or at any time during the series. There is a small spoiler in the final story in the anthology so if you're really sensitive about that, I wouldn't recommended reading it until you're done with No Humans Involved. As far as stand alone stories in other anthologies, there's Chaotic (from Dates From Hell) which I'd recommend reading before Personal Demon. The short story listed above can be read any time after No Humans Involved. "Kat" (from The Eternal Kiss) is a Darkest Powers short story that is completely stand alone and can be read at any time.

To be honest, it's not really required to read any of the short fiction/novellas to understand the series. You can just stick to the novels. The stories are more like bonuses for people who want to see more of the characters. The only one I'd recommend reading is Chaotic, as if introduces the character of Hope, who narrates Personal Demon, but even that is not required.

Er.... did I miss anything? Damn this woman writes a lot!
