Other Reflections
This marks the first month where my monthly reflections will be the books I REVIEWED this month, not the books that I READ (so my review for The Casual Vacancy will show up on November's reflections, despite the fact that I read it in October). I suspect that this will keep things a little more organized.
Next month I will be participating in NaNoWriMo (kind of, check back tomorrow for more info). As a result, I'll be doing a handful of updates here on the blog to share my potential successes and failures, and share what I've learned from previous years doing NaNoWriMo (such as the importance of staying ahead. Let's be honest, you're not going to have writing time over Thanksgiving), and maybe even beg some advice from others. Not sure how successful these will be, but it seems like more and more people are doing NaNo every year. Why not write about it? I'm not sure how much doing NaNoWriMo will impact the blog otherwise, but my reviews may be a little on the short side as a result.
Happy Halloween everyone! Don't eat too much candy ;)
