Storm Chasing

Storm Chasing! We went way past Chouteau, north on US69 from US412, an hour and a halp from my house. We really went way into nothingness: fields and fields, without an exit for 30 miles or more sometimes, it seemed. Wonderful storm system we went after. It was all in the same wave of this weather system. If only I could find archived radar images!

I think I'm addicted to listening to the BBC World Service, broadcasted on my local NPR station. Late late night international news service. Amazing! It like I'm istening to a broadcast of the magazine The Economist (which I now subscribe to). Thanks to Teddy, I've developed an addiction to it...must have it!

By the way, here are some pics of what I see when I go on bike rides down the Arkansas River in Tulsa. Its full of wonderful nature and a mix of urban life, though so much more natural than the BU Beach!

A Natural Island

The Tulsa Skyline

Wooden Pedestrian Bridge and Fountain

Lastly, but most importantly...its all brought to you by...my bike!

Its a clunker, though its almost 8 years old. Woot, Schwinn they last forever!

And then, there's blueberry picking in Okay, Oklahoma (hour away, near Wagoner, OK)! It was 6am that I went, only with my mom.

Hey, look...its my BU shirt

Blueberry Cluster

And....me mum.
