I love the adventures of Zach and if not for this thing I'd have no means of indulging in them.
Of course I do agree that it is nothing but trouble. Really, I just keep it around so I can keep in touch with the people I don't see regularily/at all. So there's one reason I guess...
i just wish that it was that for everyone. updating about your day-to-to and perhaps sharing a witty observation or two. but it's not. i'm frequently appalled by the lack of respect, discretion and fairness displayed by the people i have put (the least amount of) effort (possbile) into keeping touch with. is it because one can keep it at arm's length because it's just the internet? i don't know. i jsut find it really frustrating, not that i am a beacon of goodness or anything, but that people don't keep the personal, (like the really personal that usually involves emotions and those of other people) personal.
disagreeeeee. i like to keep tabs on some people and this is an easy way for me to do so. it only breeds drama if the entire world can see it. i firmly believe in friends-only posts.
... i dont know if this has something todo with my post, but im sure it does. i hardly ever make my posts personal but maybe i wanted someone to take notice. but for yours, everyone else's and my benefit i have made the post in questions private (aka invisible) as to lower the drama i myself loathe.
no it's not you. yours a more like mine wheras you'll hint enough to something that people will understand, more or less, but without naming names or outlining exactly what you're talking about and why.
and what exactly are you trying to do by making this post? make everyone realize/think they are all assholes and everyone stops posting in livejournal?
