Doctor Who Review: A couple of things I forgot to include in previous reviews.

Exactly what it says on the tin.

Let's Kill Hitler: On seeing Amy, the Doctor asks Rory "Permission?" before hugging her.
He asks Rory's permission before hugging his best friend. Permission. Like her marriage had made her his property, or something. Yeah, Rory gets jealous, that's part of his character. But there is no way that he is that much of a prat, and there is also no way that the Doctor would indulge said prattishness, to the extent where either would believe in any way that Amy is Rory's property.
On the subject of marriage: they're still oscillating between "Ponds" and "Williamses." Decide, Moffat, decide! What the hell is wrong with you?!
Finally, the faux-nursery rhyme we've heard snippets of over the last few episodes, culminating in a full recital at the end of Closing Time, revealing it to be all about "when River kills the Doctor."
Well, to that, I say: blah, blah, and more blah. It's very obviously a weak and boring rip-off of the rhyme from Zagreus. Zagreus, if you didn't know, was the massive event story by Big Finish to celebrate 50 standard monthly releases. In a couple of the stories leading up to it, snippets of a rather chilling and awesome nursery rhyme were heard, the full version of which can be found here featuring Paul McGann, Sylvester McCoy, Colin Baker, Peter Davison and Lalla Ward.
The one from Closing Time wishes it were fit to lick the boots of the Zagreus rhyme.
