Ugh. Self, there is a reason we don't buy cheesy poofs from anywhere but perhaps especially from Trader Joe's. Four years of training myself not to eat junk mindlessly just gets thrown right out the window when faced with the perfect mastery of terrible food that is a cheesy poof ( Read more... )

Considering the existing canon is now constrained, it would be a good time! Be warned though that it hangs depressingly with no real resolution at the end.

Hey! :) I found your post tagged on delicious, and I wanted to thank you for the reminder - I stopped reading The Authority Volume 5 after issue 21, because I couldn't get to the new issues anymore. But now that it's finished I'll have to put some work into that and finish reading the series. Maybe even read it all again... Apollo and Midnighter (and the wonderful cheesy ending to the seperation plotline I see up there) will be worth it.

Are they simply merging TA into Stormwatch (and then reboot that) or are they really rebooting the whole thing? With the Doctor and Jenny Sparks and everything or just the given characters? o_o I'll have to keep my eyes open for that...

A&M are totally worth it.

I think, from what I've read, TA as we know it won't make it into DCU. So they're rebooting Stormwatch with TA characters + Martian Manhunter and probably some other DCU people. From what Paul Cornell is saying, I think we're going to start with an origin story, so really no one knows what that's going to mean.
