Hello everyone, my name's Hannah Carver. I'm the secretary and personal assistant to the administration. On behalf of the administration of Template City, I would like to apologize for recent events, most specifically the kidnappings several weeks ago.
Also, for... um. Well, until further notice, it looks like I'm going to be the liaison between the Template government and you refugees, although I don't particularly like that term. You're really more like... long term visitors!
So, I suppose if you have any questions you can feel free to ask me, but I can't guarantee I'll have all the answers, I'm afraid.
