Characters: Nataku (Template) and Rose Tyler (Original).
Setting: Grocery store; possibly going back to the apartments together?
Summary: Nataku goes to get ingredients for chicken-noodle soup because Daddy!Wei says that he is sick - and he runs into the equally insomniac!Rose.
Warnings: Cute and random angst?
After dropping off his wagons filled with scented candles and incense at his apartment, Nataku hurried to the nearest grocery store - which generally involved jumping from building to building and careful to not allow his pirate hat to fly off while doing so. Mommy told him that the next time that Daddy became ill that Nataku could make soup for him instead of heat already-made soup in the microwave.
Of course, as soon as he got to said store, he realized that he didn't know what the ingredients were exactly. It should not be too difficult - chicken and noodle - seemed to be the most important in this. That meant … he needed those two ingredients and nothing else. Of course, he was going to wonder how he was going to fit the noodles around the chicken. As he pondered this, he hoped that he was doing everything correctly in his thinking. Though, Daddy had been saying he had been getting better with his logic, so … that was always something positive.
He sighed.
Looking around, he wished that there was someone around that could answer his question about if he was thinking this through correctly. Stuffing a chicken with noodles did not seem right, and furthermore, where did the soup come in? Did he have to blend? It was about this time that he recognized someone - the Doctor's friend, Miss Rose Tyler. He smiled in the small way that he did before tackle-hugging her.
"I am very happy to see you." He told her in a calm voice as he continued to hug her, possibly cutting off circulation in her arms
