the cockroach and river battle
Hoho. Poor me got driven out of my room by big and old Mr. Cockroach yesterday. :S
I was taking paper to print stuff when I first notice gigantic Mr. Cockroach resting on my cupboard. :O I attempted to ignore him and continued to print my stuff but Mr Cockroach started flying about my room! So I escaped and went to get a slipper to kill him if possible. I was waiting for him to crawl onto the floor so that I can step on it. But ahhh! Mr. Cockroach began to crawl into my bag!! Luckily I removed it in time. Then he proceeded to my bed! and rested there. >< So I couldn't slap or slam it. ): And thus I migrated to the sofa and gave my bed to Mr. Cockroach. ):
And today. Gosh bishan has horrible architecture! It was raining heavily today and the whole bishan/rj/ri was completely flooded. It can turn into a river soon! My poor shoes are dead now. We discovered a (actually 2) waterfall(s) in RI. I shall post the photo here when peixian sends it. And it's was not just some small drain. It was churning out pools of water and was quite spectacular. Haha. Oh and just when we were looking for an umbrella an umbrella appeared magically out of nowhere on the floor. A gay purple umbrella. >< But we got completely drenched and soaked anyway. The whole raja and windy benches area are covered with water. And poor people with lockers there (convenient it might seem).
My candy always disappear very quickly. ): I need to stock up. But I should not consume so much glucose if not they will all be reduced to fats.
The law of diminishing returns sets in very quickly for me. >< Ah. I need to expand my brain to save cost and increase output. Economies of scale! But no time no time!
And oh noes, I haven't been reading my newsweek/economists/broader perspectives. >
