But why is the chocolate gone? ;) Story of my life. I try to buy FT chocolate as much as possible but Cadbury Mini Eggs were on sale after Easter and I am not made of stone...

That's a pretty impressive-sounding leftovers meal, I have to say. It is truly sad how many of mine have consisted of pure junk food these days.

Also, that recipe for chocolate sausage sounds amazing.

But why is the chocolate gone?

Yes, exactly! I did find myself saying this once or twice last night. :)

My biggest non-FT weakness: miniature Reese's peanut butter cups. I love those.

As for dinner: I had to stock my cabinet with some foods that didn't require much cooking but could still pass for proper dinner, because otherwise I wind up eating frozen dinners and cereal. That's probably what will happen later this week (dissertation crunch time!).

Yep, frozen dinners and cereal sound suspiciously like my meals of late.

I kind of like having cereal for dinner - when I've decided it's a breakfast-for-dinner night, not just because I've failed to buy groceries or am too tired to make anything else.

Oh, I've done oatmeal for dinner any number of times just because it seemed like a good idea (and usually was because oatmeal is delicious), but you're right--it needs to be a decision and not for lack of anything else.

mmm, oatmeal. :) I eat oatmeal almost every morning, so I never have it for dinner, but I love having cream of wheat for dinner. Or lunch, especially if it's raining and chilly out.
