--sauteed chicken sausages with apple and maple syrup (these are fully cooked sausages, so all you have to do is heat them up in a pan. or in the microwave, I suppose, if you are feeling especially lazy.)
--mashed sweet potatoes
--sauteed spinach
(This is also the same meal I had a few months ago, although I didn't realize I was doing a test run for Lazy Thanksgiving at the time.)
I should have bought some cranberry sauce, I think, but heigh-ho.
