Food discoveries of the week:
--arugula makes panini instantly better
--Thin Mints continue to be awesome
--there's a cafe nearby that makes these yummy zucchini-orange-hazelnut mini loaves... I really needed not to have discovered this.
I've also discovered that I can make open-faced sandwiches with sauteed slices of eggplant, fresh mozzarella, and pesto, on a slice of bread that has been toasted on one side in olive oil. Tonight I am going to try a roasted portobello mushroom and a fried egg. Fingers crossed.
