Here I am, typing away, sitting on couch cushions, computer on the floor, no mouse because the height is all wrong. I'd forgotten what a difference having the subwoofer pointed at one's head makes. No computer desk, no coffee table, no kitchen table (well, not set up anymore, at least). Bed leaves tomorrow, which reminds me of the day it arrived. It's still the only thing I really can't move myself, and one of the few items I didn't personally carry over the threshold.
I find it amusing that my last dinner here was almost identical to my first dinner here.
It turns out that I have a lot more stuff than I did when I moved in here 4 years ago. Somebody please remind me to stop acquiring things!
The vaguely annoying balcony door catch that I only bothered to remove as a result of complaining about it to
disckitty has been replaced in its former location. The frosted glass door has had its posters removed; the ones from the CNE took a little damage from over-hasty tape removal, and my vintage BTTF III poster is now holding its rolled-up form thanks to an elastic
zen_indie gave me.
Whoever it was that managed to pack my entire china set in that one little box without breaking anything was an engineering/optimization genius.
So busy, so tired... but now it's time to box up the computer.
