At first I was concerned, because those symptoms seem kind of serious. And we're a society that seems to run on cola. If I drink 12oz a week I feel guilty. Then I saw that the study followed people who consume 2 - 9 liters of cola a day. Nine! hahaha! Who drinks 9 liters of anything?! hahahaha. And so I've been sitting here laughing and almost crying for 20 minutes. How fucking stupid do you have to be to drink 9 liters of anything other than maybe water and not expect some consequences? hahahaha. So I went and found some nutrition info and did some hardcore calculations. If you were drinking 9 liters of mountain dew you'd be consuming over 2 and a half pounds of sugar a day! you'd be consuming over FORTY THREE HUNDRED calories every day just from mountain dew! hahaha. "what the fuck why am I gaining so much weight? all I had today was a few salads. I had 9 liters of mountain dew but that doesn't count it's just a drink! it's this goddamn slow metabolism, ugh these damn genes I just can't lose weight! ahh you, you're a lucky one though! I'm sure we have the same diet...oh and you're younger too, just wait until you're my age!" hahaha. 2 and a half pounds of sugar. I think low potassium won't be your biggest problem. If I consumed 2 and a half pounds of sugar a day just from a drink I'd be worried about becoming diabetic in about 2 and half days.
who the fuck are these people who think it's okay to do this, like, there are no negative consequences? or is it the same people who say they don't exercise or eat anything they should because everyone "dies anyway"?
haha, 4300 calories. your body hates you, and so do I. how do you even feel after you drink that much? do you remember what it's like to move backward without your cart beeping to alert the people behind you? isn't that enough reason to cut back to maybe 6 liters a day? haha, it's not sad or a travesty, it is funny and slightly enraging
