So many things to do!

I am pretty well over the AUGH PANIC stage of interview for the moment, and am switched on to the OMG CHICAGO OPERAAAAAA stage. Got my tickets today! My sister konian and I are going to go see Lucia di Lammermoor this Saturday evening. I am... overwhelmingly excited. Live opera! Baby sister! There is no way this cannot be cool.

Planning to ditch her on Thursday, at least for half the day, and hit up the Art Institute. As much as I love her, she is not an art museum person. Half an hour is her best. And we've other adventures planned, but it should be a nice relaxing trip, which is - definitely a plus. I went up to the mountains this weekend, which was fun, but not terribly full of sleeping. Got back to the Triangle late, and then I had the entirely unsarcastically brilliant idea to hang out with L and I. I was home for the weekend from Vegas, and it may be the last time I see him before I go to Japan (knock on wood). So that was another late night, and then the garbage truck woke me up at 7:30 and although I am very happy today (shiny new antidepressants? snuggles? weather? who knows! but I like it) I am very very tired.

Somewhat concerned about the unexpected immediate expenses of being an adult - plane tickets to interviews and suits, good god. This too shall pass. Thank you, UNC, for giving me so much money this semester, because it looks like I'm going to need it.
