Success!
I have successfully ordered a DS game from Amazon. This is a great good thing. I also resisted the temptation of the beautiful hardcover Demon's Lexicon in Japanese. Er, so far. Maybe I can get my sister to buy my copy in English so I don't feel so guilty about buying one in Japanese too? Or maybe it's educational if it's in Japanese?
...yeah, I didn't think so. :)
In other news, lost my knitting project of the moment because an extremely clever move on the part of one of the Japanese players (トーゴ is where exactly?) was sufficiently distracting and my needle slipped. It was almost ten inches of lace... Oh well, it's an excuse to sit in the sun and talk with people tomorrow! And catching the move was totally worth it.
Got four letters from Japanese students at Nagoya University today. This is gonna be fun! I have four penpals! Who are guaranteed to reply by order of the sensei! Embarrassingly enough, I thought they were all male at first glance, because their handwriting was dreadful, every single one of them. And then it turned out they were all female. One's in a band and plays guitar and bass. They all seem pretty cool.
