well this is what has been up, and why i missed your calls mel!
1. everyone who knows me knows i dont sleep well anyway, but for the last 3 months plus i am barely sleeping at all. so its throwing my system out of wack.
2. doctor has me on two sleeping pills and i am now up to around 3 hours sleep at a time which is a huge improvment. but while getting the rest now, my muscles are revolting and it kills to move.
3. where i havent been sleeping it has made me depressed which i turned to food again. so i have gaind weight again which has made me more depressed, etc etc etc. so i have talked with my doctor and found out some ways that i can make meals more healthy as i cant stand salads. like did you know coliflower is a free vegie? so long as its just the veg and no butter etc, you can eat as much as you want but corn is bad! lots of starch not good for you!
4. The doctor thinks the sleep apnea is getting worse again so i am now waiting for the local sleep lab to call me so i can do an at home sleep study that may end up turning into me going into the sleep lab for another night sometime soon. and that has been very nerve racking
5. so i finaly came clean with the doctor. no pms (no bleeding either) for well over a year again so i am now going for a battery of blood tests and now possibly an ultrasound.
well thats about it really. i'm not happy at all with all the health things going on but hopefully things calm down. or lol now that a simple brake change on my car has gone to now brakes and rotors. great..... just my luck eh?
