Originally Sai's book was How To Make Friends but then I realised that there HAD to be a ninja edition for him. Haha.
In my early days, I was guilty of announcing POV shifts because the fandom did it a lot and I knew no better. Now I do. And I'm glad it feels smooth. It's actually a lot of fun to play with a lot of characters, but it's also a little more confusing: "Is that what Tsunade would say, or am I still thinking in Ibiki-mode?"
Orochimaru did the injections in the time when Iruka was captured, but not brainwashed. You see, he-- wait. Better not say. Spoilers, darling. ;-)
AGAIN YOUR NINJA EYESIGHT ASTOUNDS ME! I wondered if anyone would notice Iruka's prisoner ID number just happened to coincide with his nin-registration...
Iruka calls Orochimaru "Teacher" for good reason. I think the scene where someone says his real name comes soon (?) and it'll explain it... Disassociation is a good term for what it's like though.
"One mission"? Did I ever specifically say Kakashi and Iruka only met/worked-together ONCE? Haha, *massive hint*. And there's also a good reason why Kakashi hasn't corrected Iruka in calling him "Scarecrow"... I really should shut up and stop spoiling things.
Fixed the errors. I meant for Tsunade to have canon brown eyes. I have no idea where blue came from. The only eye colour I'm changing intentionally is Iruka's; brown to dark hazel. I bet you noticed that (what with all your Sharingans at your disposal).

Haha Laziness breeds brilliance or at least prods the bunnies to multiply. I think the footnote linkage works out great, though it'll be a pain as far as creating LJ-cuts for your footnote page if you end up with too many of them, lol. Briefly, ever so briefly, I thought of doing the same, but then my notes always get out of hand so I never bothered. You should put a note at the head of the fic about them so people don't read and say, "Link? What is this thing? *click* AHHH Where did I go!" not that I did that or anything.
There should be a Sai-Edition for all of those books he likes to read haha. Ninja Edition, does it maybe perhaps include how to serve drinks both with and without debilitating poisons in it? And maybe how to give hugs without trying to sever the huggee's spine? Or.... To not think everything is a coded message? *ponders*
As far as POVs, I'm so used to reading books where there's shifts, usually heralded by a double-spaced paragraph. Some people like to use page break lines or some other kind of indicator which works as well. As far as confusion, you're half in Iruka's completely wonked out mind so it's okay haha. If you're lost for a split second, you catch up pretty quickly and then pat yourself on the back for a job well done. XD
Muwahahaha *glees over ninja eyesight* I'm probably just the only one to mention that I noticed random things like that. XDDD
Tricky! You are tricky. I know you mentioned that last mission and my mind was pinging all over the place, but I know you won't let me down! I'm just guessing that that one mission really cemented something for Kakashi though. *shifty eyes* Okay, Ima stop thinking about this now. XDDD
Yes I did notice Iruka-sensei's eye shift. *proud* It signifies persona shifts I noticed also. And then Teacher said... *shifty eyes* Okay, reeeeaaaaally going to stop thinking! XDDDDD

Sai's edition of the book (written by Naruto, edited by Sakura) is about ten pages long, and talks about how society generally don't accept people who constantly talk about penis sizes in public. Or about comparing penis sizes. Or something of the same vein. XD
I don't like using double spaced paragraph to indicate changes (even though I prefer that in novels) because online it's not as clear as on paper. So I use page breaks. Which FFn seems to like removing. *Sigh*.
It's really a good feeling to see how flustered you are over the little hints here and there I'm dropping. Makes me roffle around happily. And wonder how else to mess with you...

About that (and your ninja eyesight), I was wondering if you could give chapter one to that multichaptered story I was talking about before the once over. I'm still a little unsure about it and would like to post on the 10/10/10 (for the obvious reading being the date is EPICsauce).

I'm sure Naruto ended up quite bruised from Sakura's fist during the editing sessions hahaha. He probably wrote a lot of inappropriate things in there along with having crappy grammar and probably equally crappy and inappropriate doodles describing what not to do.
You kind of have to edit stuff using FF's rich text formatter. You can add page breaks using it, but you have to go back and make sure they're where you want them. The only other option is to make random symbols so FF doesn't delete them. [it hates two of the same symbols in a row for some reason]

I can totally critique especially since that's less tedious than beta-ing which i'm actually behind on LOL. 10.10.10 is such epicsauce. I hope you didn't kill yourself trying to get it done just for that haha

I've given up the idea of fixing my old stuff. Since I use different page break symbols for different fandoms, only one got hit and it was I assigned it the often attacked ***asteriks (sp?) to split it. Oh well.

Oh man, I haven't used a hotmail in YEARS! My inbox was so full of spam, my arteries could feel it. XD I think a lot of bots go through hotmail which would be why it ends up in spam boxes. Switch to Gmail! It's way bigger and far more reliable, lol. *pimping out the Gmail in her fuzzy purple coat*
