No, seriously, when someone looks like they're about to sneeze (you know, that face where their mouth is open and they're holding their breath), you say loudly and clearly in a deadpan voice, "Achoo" and then the person can't sneeze. Some psychological block is made. The moment is lost.
It is possibly one of the most hilarious, immature things I spent the latter part of the day doing to various people. It's really quite amazing how viciously annoyed people get when you take away their ability to sneeze. And when they finally do sneeze, they look all victorious because it's almost as if they've won. Because we're all secretly competitive six-year-olds.
Please, I encourage people to try this. 9 out of 10 times this should work. :D
