New Years and other musings
Holy shit, it'll be 2012 in about 3 hours for me (woot! East Coast Aussie REPRESENT!). Since I did this last year, I'll do it again this year, but with a little more effort put in:
Dear 2011,
You've been pretty shitty. I have never felt so overly emotional, stressed, or tired. This year brought me to my knees quite a few times. However, I've never accomplished as much as I had done in this year, so I know I can't forget it.

I've felt really tired this past week because of the "post-Christmas rush". A.K.A. everyone I know is sick to death of their families and are all suddenly eager to see me = dragging me out of the house. Siiigh. At least I got to do a ton of shopping, saw The Adventures of Tintin (not bad, surprisingly!) and bought some more books. Because there is no such thing as "too much" reading material.
