Awww~ I love ALL of these! But if I had to pick faves, it would be narrowed down to the last three. I can't even begin to pick one from those, though. All of them were so fantastic!
Soooooo great and sweet and deep and very much into Kakashi's head. That last one practically killed me with love. Pakkun's introspection was adorable too. *scribbling madly* Must haz quoteage. Where are all the other reviewers? *pounds fist into hand*
p.s. one small spelling error >> Prompt 1, paragraph 4 [mimicry > mimic] "Kakashi would sometimes make bird calls, and Iruka would try name the creature the older man was trying to mimicry."
I love the swamp; I love the way that Kakashi's and Iruka's reactions to it just fit (K. just stops trusting all his senses because he so *wants* it to be real while I. just barrels through because he knows it isn't); and I think the name is just inspired! ("Go to the Place of Discovery and Truth -- you're life will be better for it. If you survive.")
Pakkun *is* adorable -- I laughed out loud at his reflection that humans aren't logical as he, himself, runs off to play in the waves.
*Snuggles you*. I almost considered expanding Fog into a story in its own right, but I'm pleased at how it dangles. I'm an odd child. I love cliffhangers and obscure semi-set endings. *Siiigh*.
I'm glad you noticed that about Pakkun! Little hypocrite. *Giggle-snort*.
So awesome! I really enjoyed these. I can't choose a favorite, but you really fit Kakashi and Iruka into each drabble very well. I think Fog and Sun are my favorites. I enjoy Kakashi discovering his love for Iruka, but I also just adore domestic bliss.
Sun has a sweet spot in my heart, simply because it's so domestic. *Awws*. Thank you for telling me your favourites. It's always very interesting to hear people's opinions; for what reason else do reviews exist? Haha.
