NEWS is gone..

I wanted to not believe it... i thought there was still a chance till it was officially announced on Johnny's web.
and then there it was, a single button, and in the profile page, NEWS became 4 people only

It's going to be really hard to accept this as the truth. We have waited for NEWS to "come back" for so long now and when it goes one year without them doing anything it leaves a nervous feeling. Like, you can feel it's in the air, but then we let them convince us everything is ok. That's obviously the part that hurts, about Yamapi leaving.

It's so sad to loose them as a group because I think that together they will always be better than solo. Everything is so uncertain now, and I don't think I'm the only one who's scared about what will happen next.

But I must say, after reading the comments from the members, I can't sense the sadness properly from Yamapi. I don't want to blame him, but with the little information we fans got, a lot of it is pointing at Yamapi being the bad guy in this case.

What I want is a proper explenation, because we fans deserve it. I think they owe us a press conference with all six of them. I can't even begin to say how sad this is... and I'm not even sure how I'll keep on supporting them. I will follow NEWS, or at least Koyashige, but I'm afraid I might loose interest. Not because I don't like them as individuals, because Koyashige are one of the main reasons I adored NEWS, but because it's simply not the same anymore.

Apparently this has "been discussed over and over again" as Koyama put it. The only conclusion I can come to is that it was Ryo and Yamapi who decided to quit and not Johnny.

Also, like the both of you say, I'm so glad we got to see them LIVE while we still could.I really wish this wasn't real.

Ya I believe that it was their decision ( or more so Pi's decision) more than Johnny's , he has given his people much more freedom so it seems, and I guess he's willing to support Pi going solo just like Jin so here's how its become. I know we fans had somehow had the feeling something was off, and to think about it now, maybe they had this idea long ago really, that's why they started pulling out the 6 member commercial deals or jot they wouldn't have been able to just separate like that.
The sad part is, they had to do what they want by doing this. Sokoto tsuyoshi from Kinki kids and Takki all had tons of solo stuff and V6 always had activities in groups of 3+3 , so they could if they insisted, to keep as a 6 member group, they still could ( mostly Pi could) do what he wants, fans have never blamed for the active subgroup tegomass and had never minded Ryo being in k8 so we would never have blamed Pi for focusing on solo activities , but he just had to leave .... Why...(｡-_-｡)he didn't really consider us fans apparently.. And that's why everyone was kinda disappointed in yamapi.
Ya I agree that fans deserve a press conference and proper explanation, cos this was unpredecended , Johnny's groups have never broke down like this before and I don't think just a few messages would suffice. But as much as we want , I don't think that's gonna happen...
And I'm sorry to say, yes I'd support tegomass and koyashige and of course Kanjani 8 forever, but I reckon I'd be a big fan of Pi's solo.
