FYI: Toronto was 15th and Chicago was 44th out of 215 cities.
The Toronto Star did a little article on Toronto's rank and said that the traffic and air quality brought down Toronto's ranking. No surprise there. I'm worried about our future commute. http://www.thestar.com/News/article/198438
