Argggggh!
So I'm having one of my more midly productive days, housewife-wise. I've done a couple loads of laundry and will probably do at least one more. I had dinner all planned out and was pleased that it didn't really involve much in the way of work: I took some spaghetti sauce out of the freezer and put it in the fridge a few days ago. So yeah, all was good.
Until, while getting some garbage together, I decided to do a little fridge cleaning. I lifted the container of sauce and it got away from me, leaving me holding the lid and the sauce all over the floor.
This is one of those "let's just go out" nights but we really shouldn't. So I guess it's chicken and rice, which means more prep. And it was really good sauce, with meat and mushrooms and some wine and organic sauce as a base....
Grrrrr.
