GENERAL
- I reserve the right to change any / all of the contents of Telepathie, including prices, products, closing dates, shipping schedules, and terms of service immediately and / or without prior notice.

1) PRICE
- All prices posted are in SGD.
- All prices posted are non-negotiable, unless noted otherwise.
- All prices are not inclusive of postage unless noted otherwise.
- If you are uncomfortable with the price, do not participate.
2) PAYMENT
- Orders will only be taken if payment is received - Hence no payment = no order.
- Payments for orders must be received within 48 hours.
- Payments for pre-orders must be received on or before a pre-order close.

3) SHIPPING/MODE OF DELIVERY
- I would do mass meet ups at my convenience (Holland Village) and you will be informed on the dates and time.
- If you choose the item to be mailed, buyers will shoulder all shipping charges.

- TELEPATHIE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST MAIL REGARDLESS OF NORMAL OR REG.
4) PRIVACY
- Buyer information is strictly confidential and will not be released to third parties.
- Note that your first name and surname initial will be posted in the Order / Pre-Order Status page unless you request otherwise.

7) INDEMNITY
- You agree to indemnify me against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, in the event of loss problems arising from negligence of the postal system and their personnel. Once parcels are received by the postal system, I can no longer be held responsible.
- You agree to indemnify me against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, in the event of allergies, infections, and / or irritations arising from the use of the products I sell. The manufacturers / suppliers and I make sure that the products I carry and sell are in perfect condition, non-toxic, and / or non-hazardous when used and cared for properly.
