Life Experiance
Have you ever thought about how you would be if you were brought up in a completely different way or in completely different circumstances? Occasionally I really wish I actually knew how it would feel to know what another path through life would be like. These desires to know come in surges, however I also like who I am and how I got here. I don't even really want to live my life over again with the options to do different things. There are things I would change, I'll admit that openly. However if there is anyone who has a past such that there is nothing in their life that they would change, and nothing that they regret down to the most minor things is someone I would really like to be. Just as an example of the kind of thing that I mean, I would not have stuck a pin in the soccer ball that I did when I was 8. I also would not have broken a set of 6 glass bottles that I did. Neither of these I really see as having a greatly moving effect on me as I grew up. In general though I cannot think of anything major that I would change with the process that got me where I am today. I do however just wish to have the Life Experience of having a completely different path through life. Not necessarily even one that lead to this point. I would like to have the experience of having walked many paths through life. Some starting at the same place and ending in a different one, some starting in a different place and ending here and other starting and ending in completely different places. Not necessarily something viable for me to have done in my life but a set of experiences I would like to have. You can only grow up once and much of how you grow up is linked to your family and its circumstances so there are a limited number of paths you can take from that starting point. I however would like to know and have the experience of more paths than it is possible to actually take. I'm so greedy for certain types of knowledge...
If you could choose another another path through life that you had the Life Experience of without giving up the one you already have what would you pick?
For me this is something that tends to change frequently but at the moment I would like to have the experience of growing up in a much more rural area than I did on a farm or a ranch with plans to eventually take over the ranch from my parents.
