I'm excited!
So The Watchmen hits March sixth of next year and I am eagerly counting the days. I bought another copy of the book to replace my old one and good god, it's even better than I remember. I always thought highly of Rorschach, but if they manage to emulate his awesomeness in movie form I think I may have to name like ten pets and three children after him. My parents were big fans of Rorschach and it rubbed off onto their next generation because as a kid I thought all the other watchmen looked ridiculous. Apparently, Hollywood agreed because with the exception of Doc Manhattan and Rorschach, the entire cast has been remade with fierce zeal. You can't really change Doc Manhattan because... how many other ways can you remake a naked blue man?
Also, let it be known that I have Transformers whirly dingus pen thingies. THey're neat. Katie found them at Walgreen's and picked them up for me. One has Bumblebee and the other has Megatron and they're tethered to these plastic extensions that are attached to the pen so that you can spin them around. Shut up. They are awesome. So there.
