As I lose weight health problems are going away. Often it is subtle, and I don't notice it. Over the last several days I've noticed that my sense of smell was way better. I have really small nasal passages. You know the little tubes that connect your ears, and eyes to your nose, and stuff. As a baby they considered surgery as they would plug up, and cause infections. I think they are opening up as a result of all the fat loss. Today it seemed like my whole sinus system is draining heavily, while at the same time not feeling sick at all.
When I crashed my bike, and got a concussion they scanned my head to make sure I didn't have a broken neck, or a bleeding brain. They noted that I had a whole lot of congestion. Enough to warrant a prescription. This didn't actually clean out my system. Maybe it finally is on it's own.
