ACTROID
There's only one thing that enters my mind when I see advancements in this field of technology: Chobits. If you haven't heard of it, find it and watch it immediately - you have no idea what you're missing out on. There's simply no other way to describe it. Right now the ACTROID's movement is limited since it's glued to the floor, but that's not really the point, is it? The fact that lfe-sized and very lifelike androids are nearing "persocon" levels of quality is just mind blowing. Soon. Very, very soon.
