I want multi-chaptered AU, the longer the better to get a very slow built up. And I need it to be extremely IC or I grow disinterested quickly. Also, uh... I prefer top!Naruto. Specially because fandom always write Naruto like a little girl when he bottoms and that pisses me off. Instead, when they write bottom!Sasuke, he gets to keep the penis and doesn't turn into a girl. But I'd rather read them switching and both being dominant and macho and shit... I'm a total pervert, I think I have never read a gen fic in my life. LMAO
I think I'm not in the mood for canon fics because I haven't properly read the manga in years and I'm not very satisfied with the little I know anyway. In my mind there is only one pairing possible for the manga and that is NaruSasu, just the idea of canon ending without them together literally kills me. And I still have enough sense as to know things are going to end up disappointingly for me, so canon and I right now are in odd terms. LOL
At least you use your journal, I haven't checked my flist for months now. D: I've been busy with RL (new job! <3) and other fandoms I'm more active in outside LJ. :/

Yup, LJ is where I'm at. I don't go anywhere else much anymore. I mean, ygal is useful for posting shit, but I've lost interest in it as a resource.

Believe me, there are plenty out there. I don't understand people's need to turn Naruto into something that he isn't. One of the beauties of this pairing is how they are equals and strong and both dominant, and how they'd either fight for dominance or submit willingly, both equally hot IMO. If you turn one of them into a whiny girl, the magic disappears. It's not longer Naruto or Sasuke anymore.
So, how is the manga doing? Anything good to share? I heard something about an anime filler? O_o

Hmm, the manga... Naruto's gotten some powerups (like, he's conquered the use of Kyuubi's chakra without surrendering himself (a la what happened when he fought Orochimaru)) but at the same time, just by doing that, he got Sage powers? Err =_= As in the fabled Sage that was the backstory of Pain's Rinnegan. I don't actually understand it, I didn't read those chapters carefully because I was underwhelmed. Sasuke got his eyes transplanted with Itachi's because his vision was going fuzzy... and the manga is about the coalition ninja war right now and Sasuke and Naruto are out of the picture, one of the last shots being Naruto saying, "Now that this is done I've gotta go back to Konoha and wait for Sasuke!" Cue "...*sweatdrops*" from the Jounin around him. "I made a promise!" DERRRRP TOO PRECIOUS. But anyway they're out of the storyline right now, so I'm not reading the manga very well.
Yeah, I heard about some Team 7 fillers but haven't bothered watching them. Something with cat ears, childish fanservice, ridiculous whatnots.

And yeah, I check the manga now and then to make sure I haven't missed anything about Naruto and Sasuke, and I realized the manga was going toward an insane direction, with tons of new characters and arcs and just... filler, IMO. I thought Kishimoto wanted to finish the series as soon as possible??? Didn't he say like 4 or more years ago that he was tired of Naruto and wanted to give it 6 more years tops? I'm confused.
I have no idea what the anime filler is about, but according to a y-gallery fanart based on it I just saw, there are penises involved? LMAO :P
