I loved the book!! There were several times my heart and breath caught. I tried to slow down since I knew this was the last book (for now anyway), but I finally gave up, I had to know what happened. I was truly shocked at Adrian and Rose's final scene, and gained some respect for Adrian. I have to say I think Rose did what she promised she did give him the best chance she could offer, but we all know her heart never left Dimitri even when she tried to let him go. And she never holds back and it would just seem wrong for her to walk away from Dimitir who was her other half. I almost waited for Rose to bust out with the line from Jerry McGuire "You complete me." in one of her jokes she throws in at the most inappropriate times. That is one of my favorite characteristics about her. In the end when Lissa seemed to be cold, mysterious, and bitchy, I think it was just because Rose wasn't able to tell us her true feelings. I wondered if she was feeling bad for dragging Jill into this and was concerned for her safety as well, because Lissa knew the law and sure she knew Jill would be an easy target. She could have been confused at what the right thing was for her to do with Jill. She could have felt like she was only using Jill or maybe she was just using her who knows without that Rose insight into her thoughts and feelings. Lissa was always able to mask her feelings around others, but Rose always revealed her true feelings regardless of her actions. I mean in Spirit Bound I still got angry at her becasue of the way she talked and treated Rose even though Rose kept talking about what she was really feeling.
