Horrible day for plyo yesterday. I just stopped, not even halfway through. At work, there was a strange chemical smell from 6 to 8, and I noticed as I was going home that my sinuses were super dry. By the time I got home, I could feel the back of my throat cracking and no matter how much I drank, I couldn't get the sinuses working again. I just hope I didn't get sick while my defenses were down. Even now, I feel a lot of irritation in my throat and sinuses. So congratulations on your plot to poison me Teki. It didn't kill me, but it put me under for a day.
