 I've been fighting a cold since the monday I got back from jamaica, and it finally caught up with me.  i was unable to do the Kenpo day, and I took a rest day on the stretch one.  Today i'm feeling a bit better, and well enough to go to the gym, so i'm back on track.  Also, why on your legs day did you have a comment with your chest/tri/shoulder workout teki?
