I agree completely tekster. The newest weight workouts are amazingly awesome. My tri's were achin after that first workout. Today my bi's arent too bad, but i think they get alot more use than my tri's normally do. We'll see tomorrow, or if I attempt to lift anything in the near future. Alright, gonna post this nonsense now. Enjoy
