Got my plyo's done yesterday, and it still gets a damn good sweat in. My legs arent necessarily burning after the workout, but ofcourse I dont go down as low as I possibly can yet. Also, the upside is I take my heart beat around halfway through, and its about 160. So that being said the workout can get tougher the more I put into it, and I'm at

I don't know about you, Teki, but my tris are sore as hell. The old shoulders are dropping the occasional complaint as well. Can't wait to do tonight's workout when I get home. For some reason, I'm just really loving the workouts that require weights (maybe because I've never really done anything so upper-body-centric before).
